Colusa Casino Resort Community Center, Colusa, California, 8:30-11:30 a.m. Doors open 30 minutes before the meeting begins. Speakers include Tyson Redpath of The Russell Group and Louie Brown of Kahn, Soares and Conway, who will provide updates from Washington, D.C., and the state capitol. In addition, Northern California Water Association President David Guy will review water issues and USA Rice Vice President International Sarah Moran will outline important international promotions opportunities.
